VANHUNKS 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Vanhunks makes every effort to produce products of the highest quality and standards in the industry. However, please review our return policy below if you’re looking to return a previously purchased Vanhunks product. Also, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need any assistance.

Return Policy

  • Subject to the terms of this policy, we offer returns within 30 days after the date of purchase. You may return your product for a refund back to the original payment method. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
  • Rigid or Epoxy Paddle Boards and motors are not covered by this 30-day return policy and may not be returned. If you have any questions on what product is right for you before purchasing, please feel free to contact us!
  • Returned items must be in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear and including all originally included parts and accessories.
  • All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, this may reduce the amount of your refund.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you require a pre-paid shipping label, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund that you receive.
  • The Return Manufacturer Authorization number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the parcel, or the package will be refused and returned to you.
  • Vanhunks is not liable for the loss of items returned without an RMA in advance.
  • All merchandise with an RMA must be shipped back to Vanhunks within seven days of the date that the RMA was issued (you may send by any method you choose).
  • Please retain your shipping confirmation for proof of shipping within seven days of RMA creation until you have received a refund or exchange from Vanhunks Boarding for the returned product.
  • Any return that not shipped within the seven-day window will be refused, and the RMA will be null and void.
  • Vanhunks reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please fill out our 30-Day Returns form with all necessary information and applicable images to confirm the product is in like-new condition.
  2. After completing the form, you will receive a ticket number via email regarding your return.
  3. A Vanhunks, Customer Service Specialist, will contact you regarding your return within two business days after submitting the 30-Day Return Form. Our specialist may request additional information about the return at that time and provide you with the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  4. Please return all items to Vanhunks at the address provided by the Vanhunks Customer Service Specialist. You must include all originally included parts and accessories along with the RMA number and return form. Failure to provide the RMA number and return form can lead to delays in the return processing.
  5. Once the product arrives at our Distribution Center, our Returns Team will inspect the returned product and notify the Vanhunks Customer Service Specialists if the product is not in like-new condition or if any parts or accessories were not included.
  6. A refund is generally processed within seven business days after we receive the returned product. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the refund has been issued.
  7. If a refund is issued, it may take a few business days to reflect the refund in your account.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The total return and refund process can take up to 10 days after we receive the returned product.

Who pays the return shipping costs? Does Vanhunks charge a restocking fee on returns?

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Vanhunks can provide you with a pre-paid shipping label; however, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund. In addition, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you utilize your own shipping label, please be sure to keep a copy of the return tracking.

I had an issue with my product; how do I know if it is eligible for a warranty?

What if my item is not in like-new condition or does not have all originally included parts or accessories?

If your product is not in like-new condition or missing any originally included parts or accessories, your refund amount may be reduced. In addition, Vanhunks reserves the right to return the product to you if it is determined that it is not eligible for return.

I purchased my product in a Vanhunks retail store, but I am not in the area and am looking to return -what can I do?

Our physical and online retail stores currently utilize different systems, so returns need to occur via the original channel through which they were purchased.

I purchased my goods via the Vanhunks Website. Can I return my product to a retail store?

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it if I purchased my product online?

Vanhunks does not currently offer exchanges for online orders. However, if your product is in like-new condition, you may be able to return the product for a refund.

I no longer have the original shipping box for my product. 

If you no longer have the original shipping box for your product, shipping boxes or packaging material can be purchased from many home improvement stores or moving supply stores. It is your responsibility that the goods are securely packed to avoid any possible transport damages. We highly recommend taking pictures of the product and the packaging before dispatch or handing it over to your transporter.

How can I return a product that I purchased on TakeaLot or BidorBuy or other online platforms?

All Vanhunks products purchased on TakeaLot or BidorBuy or other platforms must be returned by following TakeaLot or BidorBuy return portal instructions. Additionally, returns need to occur via the original channel through which they were purchased.

 

While it is unlikely that your items will be damaged during delivery, it can happen from time to time. Vanhunks Boarding does everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of items purchased from us. However, we are dependant on third-party transporters, and accidents do happen from time to time.

However, in the unlikely instance of damage occurring during delivery, the customer´s responsibility is to notify the courier delivery service or Postal service and Vanhunks Boarding immediately. For example, suppose you notice any visual damage to a box when you receive it. In that case, we recommend inspecting the contents immediately to ensure they have arrived undamaged and that no items are missing. Where possible, you should ask the driver to document that the box arrived damaged. Often the delivery service provider will want to inspect the box and packaging materials, so be sure to retain everything until instructed otherwise by the delivery service provider and Vanhunks boarding.

If damage is found after the driver has left your premises, contact the delivery service provider at once. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if delivery damage is a possible issue.
